Has anyone asked the guy with the all-time SX wins crystal ball?

If it sees that far down the road, it can obviously see next weekend.

I live 4 hours away and have never gone. 80/20 a mudder and the drive/parking sucks. I'll suffer through the drive into Washougal, but I fly away someplace warm and dry for Supercross. A1 and Glendale this year and damn it was nice to see the sun for a change.

THIS weekend however is awesome. 4 days of low 70s and bright sunshine. I bet you can see from space the pale blob of all of us PNW ghosts in shorts/shirts.

We’re not allowed to make this joke anymore because that one user said it actually does rain sometimes.

I’m sorry but he has spoken. We must all abide by his wishes.

It’ll be a mudder. Seems like it doesn’t stop raining in this  FN state from October-late May.

Jeff Renner says it’s probable to sprinkle a little on Wednesday and Saturday.

I still don't know why the geniuses decided to build an open-top stadium in Seattle....

I'm not advocating for another SF mudder, but the championship sure could use it to tighten things back up. It seems to be the only thing Jett doesn't have completely dialed yet.

Can we confirm this not true? I read previously this was from the 2 Fireflies on board.

I'd love to see a Tomac win, Jett bike break for a DNF, Coop finish 3-4 and Sexton P2 and put the top 4 or so within 10 points to make this series tight. I'm just about over this season at this point.

Because that is how NFL football should be played. That place is a serious home field advantage for the SeaChickens!

I'm not making this up.

I believe it was Paul Allen of Microsoft fame who owned the Seahawks at the time. He "ran the data", and found out it really didn't rain all that much during football season and that it wasn't necessary to have a roof over the field.

Or as motomkie137 said, football, which is the stadiums intended purpose, should be played out side.

Sux for SX. I went to the Seattle sx in 84 and 86, then every year from 88-99. I've only been twice since the new place was built.

Sold my tickets this morning.  Not worth the drive, effort and risking my vehicle getting broken into if it's gonna be muddy.

As much as I am tired of mud races, this is actually a legitimate comment that I wouldn't mind coming to fruition...

Watch it rain and Jett lap the field...

LMAO.  Laughing

I hope it's a full on mudder.... the series needs some more diversity and testing of ALL AROUND skill.   Most of the tracks have sucked balls this year.

Yes, the entire forum knows you'd like a mud race with the guys paddling around every race.

The tracks suck because they're making them too easy.

Same reason the Bills don’t play in a dome. Home field advantage

I suuuuuuurrrrrre miss the King DOME

https://www.wunderground.com/forecast/us/wa/seattle

Me too, that place was the best.  I am sure there is a few of us that were lucky enough to race amateur day SX in the Kingdome each year, those were some amazing memories (besides the whoops!).

Heck, I even just miss Mariners games, the boat show, anything you would want to do and not either get rained on, or freeze your ass off.
