I'm on the fence with Chase. I respect the consistency and grit to push through but his speed is not there yet. He had 6 months to set up the bike before SX and around 9 months total on the bike? He should be 100% if his hand injury isn't bothering him.

I'm going to get crucified for saying this, Tomac has under performed given his ability vs his competition, basically every year since he's been in 450's he's been the man and often fallen short often, 2017 summed this up. Last year was his mentally best performance of his career and he was not even at his peak speed, his peak speed was while he as at Kawi. In my eyes for reasons above he should have had a RC type of career, but not everyone is built mentally like RC.
