You dont know an America without them.

I say that as a positive!

Bring the change!
Adios motherfucker!

Country of laws.

When they plow into your family in their car and drive off,let me know who your calling.

One caveat in this...At least if we look as far back into history as yesterday, we've got a couple domestics that decided to drive their rigs through/over some peaceful protestors in this beautiful country of ours. Another domestic went in and shot/killed another American citizen in their home, while impersonating a police officer in a creepy ass mask. This is one way to fix our problems, for sure, I guess, removing all these dangerous illegal ALIENS mooching off our great Country. We will see what it's like without them, and we really stir the bottom of the pot domestically...

Between Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden.  Who deported the most? Who the least?

Is someone going to tell him that republicans aren’t the only ones who are for immigration reform? The protests and outrage is for HOW it’s being done. It blows my mind that I just had to explain that to an adult.

You made an assumption that wasn't true. Then you explained.  That's on you.  🤷‍♀️

That Barbara Jordan clip isnt surprising.   Liberals used to be level headed and were all about taking care of the American citizen, air, water and other common sense objectives.  While the Conservatives were all about Big Money and screw the common man in the name of profits.

The left has been hijacked by progressive wack-jobs and its been a slow-drip of that poison to get where we are now.   A little bit at a time.   And older, traditional liberals are all like,  WTF,   what happened to the Democratic Party?    Its become nothing but kooks, violent activists, mentally unstable basement dwellers and wannabe socialists.     And Conservative are the ones looking out for Joe Sixpack, capitalism and the American Dream.

You guys on the left really need to side with us and call out the wack-jobs that have taken over the DNC and get rid of these kooks. Seriously.

If you can see the logic in that,  well,  you must be on of those kooks too.

Lets not act like the Republicans don't have some wack job ideas too though.

Such as the dip shits that the fine folks in Utah elect that are hell bent in selling off our Public Lands.

The moral of the story is, there are idiots on both Teams, the biggest problem in America is that most folks are so gawd damn brainwashed to blindly follow that they can't see that.

Whataboutism. Can anything be cited without whataboutism?  Wanna talk about the Republican fringe, fine.  Start a thread on it.  But that fringe is not what the RNC stands for and are the minority.   The left fringe IS the DNC now.  The literal mental patients who are in control of the narrative and direction of the DNC.  Even guys like Bill Maher and the hoodie-king Fetterman are pointing out the lunacy being embraced right now.

Obama send people back who where in the United States for a few days to a few weeks, weren't a part of the US economic system neither social system... He didn't gave the command to raid Mexican, Ecuadorian, Venezuelan... communities to seek for illegals who where already, for years a part of the economic system. Something Trump realizes himself now, hopefully it will change his way at looking to illegal immigrants who are part of the American society and economy.

His original command to raid those communities and even siege those cities with high numbers of possible illegals has a terrifying resemblance with Adolf Hitlers hunt on Jews. For Hitler, Germany could only get "Great Again" if they got rid of the Jews. For Trump all illegal immigrants are criminals and to create his "MAGA dream" he needs to get rid of his "Jews" and those are the illegal immigrants in his eyes. Sending them to jails in El Salvador, threaten to send them to Guantanamo bay detention camp... Do you see the resemblance?!

I wouldn't say that trying to exterminate an entire ethnicity is the same as looking for people who circumnavigated a country's laws and legal system and are according to the countries long standing immigration laws in the country illegally; anything remotely close to the same things.

Imagine if Biden had just enforced the boarder the same as Trump did his first term. This might not even be an issue or a thing.

The tact could be better.  Who is targeted maybe more thought out.  But it's ridiculous to compare what is being done to the Holocaust.

So are you saying that people shouldn't be held to the law if they have gotten away with breaking it for a period of time?  What is the cut off.  2 months, 2 years, 10 years?

Off course you want me to say a period, to response: "If a murder doesn't get caught in x-period he walks". But this isn't murder. You could say that being illegal is a fraud, so after 5 to 10 years the case drops and they can walk. But the weird thing is that pedophiles can walk after 10 years (see below the statutes of limitations) but an immigration case hasn't statutes of limitations, weird.

Also ICE plays a dodgy game by showing "ICE Form I-200" or "I-205" warrants but these aren't even signed by a judge, they are signed by themselves and are in fact not enough to enter a house. But they use them to leverage themselves into the houses of the immigrants. What happens next doesn't matter anymore because if you can't prove that you are legal, you're illegal. If you're one of them that look at being illegal as a criminal offense than this is probably the only criminal offense where the police or better said ICE can say: "I know he isn't an American, deport him" there is no prove needed of him being an illegal immigrant. It is the only criminal offense where a defendant, isn't guilty till proven, no he's illegal and guilty till he can prove that he's legal and even then ICE can say: "In his home country he has a criminal record" and again the defendant needs to prove otherwise. Again I can draw serious parallels to Nazi-Germany but why would I wast my time.

Criminal Law – General Rules:

Federal crimes:

Standard time limit: 5 years for most federal crimes.
Fraud or financial crimes: often 5 to 10 years.
Terrorism, child pornography, or major corruption: up to 10 years or more.
Murder: no statute of limitations — can be prosecuted at any time.

State crimes (varies by state):
The statute of limitations varies by state, but many states follow similar guidelines:

Felonies: usually 3 to 10 years.
Misdemeanors: often 1 to 3 years.
Murder and other very serious crimes: usually no statute of limitations.

NOTE: This rule has been violated so much the last few days:

During an arrest or questioning by ICE:

ICE does not need to have full proof in advance that someone is undocumented — they are allowed to detain someone based on reasonable suspicion (probable cause) of an immigration violation. This can be based on:

* Not being able to present a valid visa or residency document.
* A criminal record that makes someone removable.
* Information from databases, tips, or prior immigration cases.

🛑 However: they are not allowed to detain someone arbitrarily or based solely on ethnicity — that would be a violation of constitutional rights.

So how is this the same as trying to exterminate an entire ethnicity from the face of earth?

I agree it could be done with more tact.  Maybe a path to citizenship for those that work and aren't criminals.  But that only works if politicians are willing to secure the borders first.

It's being done the way it is because Congress has refused to get off its collective ass and solve the problem. (It may be that it's being done this way simply to illustrate the scope of the problem, and to force congress to act). The instant those clowns think they'll lose a vote, they're crapping themselves. They simply don't have the balls to tackle the real problems this nation is facing. It's much easier to just wring their hands and blame someone else.

Spot on. Bad for business. Two party system isn't aimed to actually build the best America for most Americans.

Belgium has an illegal population that's about .01% of it's total population. Our's is 3.5%.

Neat observation about undocumented immigrant comparison numbers. We ok with constitutional rights being modified/stripped away swiftly?

Are you saying you want to move to Belgium?

Or we need to get rid of more people that don't look, think, or act like you? To improve our numbers here, to make you more comfortable with where you live?

I see the light! It is white! Praise him!!

Kidding, I know the light is very orange.

This is just one step towards bringing back real American values. Finally, someone with a spine in the Whitehouse. Especially one that respects our Armed Forces and looks after them...

Noted, I will just refrain altogether.

Man of my word, try to be as best I can, at least.

Take everything EVH has to say with a grain of salt; he's on his 3rd or 4th username now (that we know of) and they have 1,400 posts in two months with 99% of them being half sentence insults.

I know a lot of people aren't enjoying your posts thus far but I do appreciate the personal experience you are bringing into the conversations. If more people did this instead of making all their responses based on assumptions about the other person, IE "I did" vs "You did", this place would be a lot more pleasant.

Agreed dude, and I appreciate it. Trying to make the world more human again.

I don't take anything anyone says on here actually offensively.

Funny thing. I've been using moto forums since I was 13. As a rambling young outcast that did not fit any societal mold, I found my voice online in places like this. I could write out (even edit) my thoughts, and I was communicating with the world in a way that actually felt authentic to me.

EDIT (thought, not grammar)

And maybe... some 13yr old kid out there will read this thread and take something away from it.

Maybe it will inspire another decent dude like yourself and I'm sure many others, to engage in some fun, interesting moto stuff.

It's why we are all here...

Maybe if genuine people keep engaging with genuine people, this annoying light that has 144,000 trolling posts will eventually fade into the darkness.

Gears are turning for sure.
