I love my Specialized Turbo Levo. I got it used with about 5 miles on it about 3 years ago for $5k. The dude was a Roadie and thought he would try it out, turned out he did not like it. I call it my Magic Bike as it got me back out on some AWESOME mountain bike trails. Going uphill at my age of 68 on an analog bike is not what I would call a good time.

Loved both of my Yeti's. Though the 303 took a bit to get tuned the way I liked Ran a couple of Intense frames before that. Yeti's were long, low, and slack. Fox suspension all around, ran both very linear. At 6'3", 36" inseam, my legs were definitely a big part of my suspension. Stuff around here is/was steep, rocky, and technical as hell. Where I used to ride has become more bike park stuff, not the natural terrain singletrack I liked. That, and age, gravitated me back to more X-C. Caught the last few miles of today's stage. Meh.

I don't really follow it, even being a 'Cyclist' - well, DHer and BMXer. But, SBS here in OZ covers a Lot of Cycling, so, I'll have it on in the background in my workshop, as I use a TV like people use a Radio. So, I'll look over every now and then, and see the Suffering. Today the doctor came to see mum and we learned some things… A new challenge but one mum can get through, I know it. I’ll add a few pics! Dual-sporting is a great way to get around! Both of my dual-sports are admittedly on the LOW end of the performance spectrum! Even with the suspension mods & exhaust add’s that I have made, both are firmly planted in the “Play bike” category! BUT the KLR & CRF300 Rally are still a blast to jump on & make a quick loop at the off road trail when I don’t have time to load a race bike, drive to trailhead, unload, dress, ride etc!
