The Shop
They were expecting us and had cops in the area. We stashed our bikes in some girl's backyard (right near the exit to the athletic field). When the cops threatened to impound them, we all came running out... Don't take our bikes!!
We got a lecture from the cops and were not allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremonies.
No internet or gopro's back then (thank God!), so I don't think the sport was harmed.
The year before, they went in boots and helmets only (streaking was a thing back then LOL).
what a dork
I don't think this is bad for the sport of motocross. Why would it be?
Is it bad for professional road racing when someone does a burn out in the high school parking lot?
True story.
Two table top jumps, complete with flat landing, tires lined the grass course and classes were 80s, 100s, 125s and 175s, nothing over 175.
Pretty wild!
I had the same experience, only I employed a 1970 Camaro. I replaced my 1968 Camaro with the 1970.
Who cares if kids ride through a school, no harm no foul
Pit Row
Unfortunately my truck won't do burnouts.

Senior prank: Student rides dirt bike through EHS halls
by Dee Riggs June 1, 2016, 8:32 a.m.
EAST WENATCHEE — A senior at Eastmont High School won’t be allowed to attend graduation ceremonies after he rode a dirt bike ride through the school halls late Tuesday morning.
The student, whose name was not released, will, however, be given a diploma, said Lance Noell, Eastmont High School principal.
“Usually, senior pranks are stuff like balloons in my office or, one year, seniors got permission to Saran-Wrap the assistant principal’s car,” Noell said. “This was the first time I’ve ever had one that was potentially dangerous.”
One student got a bruised arm when the motorcycle bumped him, Noell said.
The senior brought the dirt bike in through the bus ramp entrance on the second floor, then rode the bike down the stairs and through the Commons, Noell said. Administrators met him at the Commons’ entrance.
“I greeted him, he shut the bike off and we took it into the office,” the principal said.
He declined to say what discipline the senior will receive, other than not being able to attend graduation ceremonies on Friday.
Still not a fan of people using their bikes where they don't belong though, Our sport doesn't need that.
