5/11/2026 4:37pm I would have said that too (Haiden wins 7/10 head to head), prior to this last race. I think the intimidation factor was removed, and without that factored in, Davies is at least as fast (in 250 SX) as Deegan.

Hard to tell if the context of this is playful but it seems not. I know folks love Eli and I’ve become a fan but I did not like when he tried to stand dungey up. He had all season to beat the dude heads up and didn’t have the points lead. Heads up racing is better and classier for all of us. Deegan got taken out by kitchen and made Jo his punching bag for it. Both are classless moves but the Deegan one was 10/10 wack and Eli was 6/10 wack. Doesn’t mean either were respectable. Oddly enough...

The best thing he could have done tonight was go out and win. He most likely wins this SMX title if Kitchen doesn’t make an overly ambitious move in St. Louis, but it is what it is. He could have made a statement that last moto and gone out saying he was the best rider this year, winning the overall, riding off with another quarter-million dollars, saying congrats to Jo and we will see you in supercross.
