8/26/2017 9:22am Whoever goes fastest the most consistently wins the title. Points reflect that...the drama is fun for some, but numbers don't lie. I am a musquin fan personally, but his injury did him in this year. It isn't over until it's over, though.

8/21/2017 10:42am Join a gym with a concept 2 rower. Using proper form start at 3 minutes of rowing and every other day add 30 seconds. When you can row for 25 minutes you'll be a beast.

I think this sport pushes the enthusiast to come back sooner than is necessary because we see top level professionals do this constantly and it's created some sort of standard. I know when I was a kid I adhered to being tough or riding through it but in the long run if you have 25 years...
