It never ceases to amaze me honestly - old man rant incoming (I am not old). I coach 2 of my kids Flag Football teams. 1st/2nd & 5/6th grade divisions. I am not here to stick up for MXA but I will mention a couple things just cause I probably have contradicted myself as well a time or two. I am also for a “slower” YZ450 for 26 but the word “slower” maybe shouldn’t be used because it’s still fast. I personally don’t give a shit about dyno’s when I’m testing. I know they are needed for engineers but for opinion based testing (or blind testing), feeling is what is needed. The new 2026 YZ450F for sure feels smoother/more linear but it also has more engine braking feel than the...

What if Kenny never got his arm almost cut off in 2017? Then again the next year. Then the blood stuff? Imagine the legendary stats that could have been, the guy has re-invented his riding style with an arm that doesn't extend, plus all the time off the bike when he was about to reinvent the record books? Sad but amazing that he is still such a legend even today.

If you can kill a clutch in 8 laps, can you even ride? Thats on him, just abuse, dont even think about ' we had a bad batch' bullshit. Meanwhile Kenny probably still has the same clutch in from last year.

Note: There are some FUGLY postures/images in here of knees…mostly post-surgery…that some may not want to see…. I’m 62. I dream I can wheelstand like I can ride my unicycle: slow down, around corners, stop, start. Very cool. (I was once pretty good at wheelies - through the gears, around bends etc.) I’m not doing much trail riding, and haven’t raced mx for a few years. Still road racing.

I am five weeks tomorrow and I’m very happy with my results. I have had zero knee pain since the replacement. My physical therapist is happy with my progress, approximately 112°. I do need to learn to use my ankle more but I told him I was walking like that for 28 years so it’s not going to happen overnight.

I did pretty well and got a perfect score for the Las Vegas round. Put my picks in that Tuesday before and won a $300 gift card. With my SMX results I had $354 total to spend. Bought a few parts for another project and a mx14 for my second wheel set

I purchased 2 T-shirts, a few pairs of FLY cycling socks and a couple of stanly type mugs. Pretty good for a free fantasy game.👍🏼 What did y’all get?

Hmmm that’s a tough one. Riding gear itself might fall into that category. Some brands low end gear make for great value. The materials are so much tougher…but god I swear they make the cuts/fit so bad they almost force you to buy the higher end stuff. With which some brands wears out super quick. Spending my own money, I would probably never buy a titanium exhaust system again, stainless all the way for durability and cost. I think true A-kit suspension (like the a full Showa kit or WP Pro Components) are some of their worst performance to value...
