1/30/2021 3:43am Agree that was super cringe and got very awkward at some points. Wow, I would never say that kind of stuff about women that had me smh! What if his chick's family sees that? It honestly looked like they wanted to "be romantic" at some points and I wanted to puke. Im a fan of Herling's riding but wow..talk about a little boy real men would never say that kind of bullshit.

1/26/2021 5:41pm Quit making tracks with such short lap times. Try to keep the lap times in the mid to high 50's so they aren't doing 26 lap main events and lapping near the top 10. Less lappers, Issue solved.

12/12/2020 6:03pm I grew up racing against JM452 in Houston. He had this purple box van when he was an amateur and I knew it was going to be a long day when I saw that thing in the pits on race day. James is good guy if you have it to give then please send some love his way.

12/12/2020 6:01pm Hey guys, my names James Marshall. I had a bad crash and San Diego & broke c5 & c6 on February 11, 2006. I don’t have family support bc my mom isn’t around, same w my dad. My siblings do whatever they do but whatever they do it’s not to benefit me Some of you made donations, via Facebook when a buddy Carl Schlacht post something but I wanted to let EVERYONE know I couldn’t have made it without you all and in the months to come I can’t do it without you either. Thank you for all the support!

12/1/2020 6:44pm Here's a thought, look at the tracks used for vintage MX races, and create a hybrid between that and today's tracks. That would be much safer

12/1/2020 6:44pm In Indiana the riders have already voted and off-road race turn outs dwarf MX races. Quite a few of these guys raced MX in the past, but they are tired of the injuries. Two sand tracks (practice only now) I am thinking of adhere to a more old school track philosophy. They would probably really pack them in if they ran races again. If there was an old-school, natural terrain 1-1.5 mile track with smaller jumps/rollers etc I wonder how turnouts would be for that track? Basically build a shorter hare scramble type track without the trees. The MX track...

12/1/2020 6:29pm The reason for (re)starting this topic/debate is not really moto-related, but still a reason to consider some of the safety aspects we have in SX/MX nowadays. Today, we’ve had the enormous crash of Grosjean in F1. He is the driver of the American HAAS Automotions team. The car was completely destroyed, exploded and he was more than 20 seconds in fire before rescuing himself with the help of the medical team. All things considered, he was okay and came off this accident relatively unscratched. Most of the credits for saving his life, is the continuation of working on safety improvements...

12/1/2020 6:27pm Where did he hate on Haiden? He simply showed that he cut the most important turn of the track and benefitted from it, then he didn't get penalized. Why are you blowing this out of proportion?

12/1/2020 6:24pm This kid, I can tell you with certainty, is only making 1 less digit per year. He's a factory rider just like the other guys, and there's no excuse for this. I race against him man, and I hate this kid. There are better youth riders but he gets all the hype. Kids like Daxton Bennick and Casey Cochran deserve some love too. He's been racing around 10 years now, as have I, and as a lower ranking amature if I know not to cut the track, he should.

12/1/2020 6:23pm Definitely not cheating. I wish this kind of thing on starts was cracked down on in pro races. Motogp has a new long lap penalty for minor race infractions where the rider has to ride around the outside of a turn that is marked and adds maybe 2 or 3 seconds to his lap. Obviously amateur races are not the place for that kind of thing but Supercross could implement it with a chicane on the start straight or something similar.

12/1/2020 6:22pm When you start a thread with this line... "How did he get away with cutting the track" Then you follow with this... "He never let off it was like it was his chosen line" Then you continue with this comment... "From what I've heard he was protested and it was seen before the protests. The ama wanted to dock him and the promoter advised them not to" You are not bashing him, you are not a hater... I get that But let's be honest you sound salty, thats all.

12/1/2020 6:21pm Looks like he had plenty of time to reenter the track before the banners started at the corner. He did go on to win the moto so this kind of thing is gonna get looked at closer than some kid finishing midpack.

12/1/2020 6:21pm I'm wondering why the promoter advised them not to? Because I also heard that another rider got docked for the same thing.
