OP....yes they did. Along with all the other "skill" enhancers (start grates, start blocks, holeshot devices, telemetry, traction control/launch assist and "RPM" lights. Electric bikes will only further the decline. The sport is becoming a video game. The loss of riding skill with 450's having too much power that forgive any mistakes. Supercross has become a circus show of practiced to death aerial gymnastics. (with the exception of Atlanta and Daytona). The expense of the 4 strokes too, this has taken "affordability" out of the equation for the few people who want to get into the sport. I see this...

I understand where you are coming from. My last race was 2008 and I saw the writing on the wall after that. The cost of racing plus raising a family just gets you to thinking. You have to be able to work and provide for the famliy. But you will always want to find that 'next' thing you would like to do to keep you active. I'm 56 now and I've been doing Ironman triathlons for 10 years now. I love it and I enjoy still challenging myself to be faster at all 3 disciplines. If I was able to...

When guys like Tomac and Roczen do it, it’s earned. Multi time 450 MX champs that are at the end of there careers, go ahead. When others who have achieved so little outdoors do it. It’s a cop out.

All I took from 250s this weekend: Vialle is still getting into the swing of things in America, and not writing off his season for the sake of chasing immediate results may be a wise move. Deegan will have some impressive rides outdoors, just as he did in supercross. Finally, the 250 class definitely has the potential for some awesome racing, just as most of us hoped or expected. No need to talk down on anyone, we're on course for some quality viewing and we should appreciate it 🙂

Lol they grew up racing together, he knows JH more personally then anyone on this forum replying on these ridiculous threads. Fact is that everyone is bragging how Herlings got beat one moto here or one moto there, that shows how much of a great rider he is. I don't even know why i'm even replying on another Herlings vs Tomac vs Sexton vs USA thread Fact is that both series are epic and that we should enjoy the moments the top riders will meet each other on the track
