Have been racing off and on since 1982. In the last couple of years have raced more than ever now with my kids now racing. 2006 District 16 Vet B Champ. (On a 125!) Nothing beats spending the weekend camping and racing with my family.I will have 3 sons racing this year so I'm hoping to win the lottery very soon!

July 08. First ride on a friends 06 YZ250F. As a long time 2 stroke guy I hate to admit that I liked it. Not nearly as fast as my RM 250 but I'm looking forward to seeing how I would do on a 450.

That sort of seems like his personality, I don't think that will change in a different form of racing. They will get sick of his whining too. Great rider, fun to watch his MC style though.

This is exactly why few will miss him. "Reed revealed he almost quit Supercross last year, when it all became "too easy''. The champion dirt bike rider's main rival, James Stewart, was injured, leaving Reed to win several rounds "without competition''. He went on to win the title. "

There are a lot of 125s sold still. In Schoolboy and they are getting more popular in the Vet classes now. I see a lot of old froggers out there riding YZ125s . More fun.

No different than rules in any other motorsport. Look at the NHRA rule book. The more the sport is machine based and not rider or driver the more control there has to be to equalize the competition.

I've been using plain gas for 20 years, then rinse them in dishsoap, rinse good, dump the filter oil on when still wet, the oil displaces the water when squezzed out. grease the rim and install. Never had a dirt related failure in 20+ years of doing it the same way.
