Have been racing off and on since 1982. In the last couple of years have raced more than ever now with my kids now racing. 2006 District 16 Vet B Champ. (On a 125!) Nothing beats spending the weekend camping and racing with my family.I will have 3 sons racing this year so I'm hoping to win the lottery very soon!

July 08. First ride on a friends 06 YZ250F. As a long time 2 stroke guy I hate to admit that I liked it. Not nearly as fast as my RM 250 but I'm looking forward to seeing how I would do on a 450.

James is a smart and more mature rider. He is going just fast enough to win. If he has a dnf it will be a mechanical. Nobody can beat James straight up.

It probably only cost you $20 more for gas than last year. Not sure about you but I'll skip buying a T-shirt if it means we can attend. Everyone talks like they are the poorest people in the country since gas went up.

Why not just ride a 250 stroke with a flywheel weight? Save thousands, faster lighter more fun, cheaper to maintain,ect. Looks nice though if money isn't an issue. If money wasn't an issue for me I would have 250s sitting in the crate for my kids when they get older just in case they do completely stop making them.

Just because Davi was groomed to be a pro mxer at a early age doesn't mean he will ever have the speed or toughness of James or Ricky no matter how hard he works at it.

Maybe you really can't afford it but it does seem like a lot of people are using the fuel excuse to not ride. Lets say your trip to the track is 200 miles round trip at 12 mpg. Last year at this time prices were around 2.80. Now $4.00. So roughly using that example it would now cost just $20...

Lots of fleets use NG including city buses. Why this isn't pushed more is odd. It probably falls along the line of some people claim they have had a cure for cancer but it gets hushed. Tthe medical industry who is in bed with congress would lose billions if there were a cure.
