For the 2nd moto start today, most have seen Kitchen and a few other riders tangling up and blowing the first turn and headed towards that photographer. Well, that photographer was me haha. I've seen comments online asking if I was fine and to answer, yes, I got out of that situation somehow completely unharmed. I went right back to shooting pictures after that. I was able to go out there with Gene Ritchie who set up the hunt. Bob was out hunting with us a few of the days but he had to fly to CA for some Honda business but he was a great host. We stayed at his house most of the time but als camped in the mountains a night or two. We all called in some bulls but couldn't get any into bow range.

Judge Brazil was an excellent Federal Magistrate when he was on the bench and is a very respected arbitrator and mediator. They'll have a judgment out of this, which can be used for an extended period of time to attach property he's hidden or gets in the future. Interest will run on the judgment amount until it's paid. But, yes, a judgment where there are no assets makes it hard to collect.

I noticed this as well. I'm kind of bummed because I felt like Josh had the ability to bring back some of that old MXA glory. Say what you will about (the now 79 year old) Jody, but he built MXA up into something of an institution. Before RacerX or even "The Racing Paper", there was MXA. I think MXA needs to be preserved the way 2-strokes need to live on. Josh had the ability to make that happen.
