Cotter is NOT an AMA official and had a minor in a room for 15 minutes then allows Deegan to join who also had no reason to have access to the claimant. The issue is all between Brennan and the AMA. Cotter and everyone else should have let the AMA handle it and the AMA appears to have been handling it well.
