I just know I hope he has a safe season and finishes top 5. That would be a huge WIN for him. Seems like a great dude and I wish him the absolute best. Forkner, also. Those two have been chewed up by this sport and it's almost seemed unfair. Reminds of DW15 days.

My main reason is that the race would have been pointless. Mud covered by a foot of standing water can not be made into a track, let alone rideable with more rain coming down. But us Cali girls aren't as badass as you Brits. So what do I know about the conditions living near the stadium?

Everyone’s free to do what they please but I am always dumbfounded by modding a bike to the moon before ever turning a lap on it the way it comes. Bars and grips are one thing, but the rest is beyond my understanding.

The video is well done and good content! But mannnn….we are losing readable context all over the place & getting flooded with videos. Sometimes it’s just nice to sit down with a coffee and read a bit.

There is supposed to be a break in the weather Thursday but it is blowing and raining this morning, 100% chance of rain tomorrow, and heavy rain Friday, Saturday and into next week. Not a great situation for Dirtwurx, medical staff, riders, mechanics, and so on. This mud will completely wear out a bike, which isn't a huge deal for the top guys, but the privateers that pay for their bikes and mods, will really feel it in their wallet.

Unless you live up here you wouldn't know. See the standing water on the track now? It's only going to get worse, heavy rain from tomorrow to Sunday. If anyone knows how to build a track that has puddles and mud as it is right now, and with it about to be pissing rain for 5 days straight? I'm really curious to know how anyone could pull that off...
