Well...I can appreciate that they are following the rule book and being consistent. No complaints from me...but wondering if we have traveled too far away from discretion. But for now i am happy.

I have no problems with the penalties but if you have that many red cross/red light jumping violations there is something systemic going on and it should be looked at internally to understand why.
