6/22/2023 10:00pm https://nypost.com/2023/06/21/why-stockton-rush-didnt-hire-50-year-old-… Ouch guys. The CEO stuck in his own sub doesn't like qualified ex military white guys to pilot his subs. Uh ok I thought you just qualified good people no matter where they come from?? And I'm not a undersea expert but I'm a little surprised no safety cable back up in case shit goes bad and you pull the sub back to the surface.

6/22/2023 9:59pm It’s certainly a tragedy. Regardless of if you agree or not with their adventure, how they spend their money, etc. I kind of think the founder and CEO is a kook though. Go read up on the contraption he built and also his thought process of not wanting experienced former submariners who were “50 year old white men”. He wanted 25 year old submarine captains and staff because they are able to “inspire” younger generations. How the heck is that working out now? And you have to wonder, is that decision because of his wokness or because he’s too cheap...

6/22/2023 9:40pm Do not, and i repeat do not get a spinning HDD… theyre so slow.. You could take the build and get the SSD (solid state drive) and be lightyears faster.. just use the M2 for everything unless you need more space. another note, that Ram is suspect. Stick to big dawg name brands for ram. lastly the power supply, id...

6/22/2023 9:30pm Wow. Losi makes great stuff. A lot of technology into these. With the upcoming Bugatti MX bike nearing 20k MSRP, a 1k toy seems to be in order of our times. SO realistic ! it evens SOUNDS like a Stark Varg ! It's just missing 2 extra modes for my taste: " Flowy Fast Jett Smooth " and " Bam Bam " Jokes asides. Watch their videos. Losi went all in in this. I think the price is justified. Stabilization technology, flywheel, brakes, materials, decals cut outs, customization..etc.. wheelie control mode, there is just so much in this. This is...

6/22/2023 9:26pm I just saw this bike earlier and was going to post about it . They have gear sets that You can buy and change out, plastic kits in just about every color, Anodized hubs, sprockets, triple clamps , linkage. Replica Dunlop MX53's with yellow logos on the. The way its controlled sounds like an advancement over the older versions from other brands too. It looks like it handles much better than the others I've seen. I wonder if they are popular if other MX gear brands will offer gear sets for them? At $599.99 for the kit with battery and...

6/22/2023 9:24pm I have a couple of the original. They are cool except the range on the old one was like 25 feet max before it lost connection with the controller. Awesome that Losi who imo is the best rc maker makes them. The difference between driving a Traxxas around a field compared to a losi is night and day. An 1/8th scale stock losi could rail my old little track round and round with zero issues where a pro modded Traxxas could barely do a lap without flipping or bouncing out of control if it got choppy. I am sure Traxxas...

TropicPilot Liked a forum topic Was James Stewart regarded as a great test rider?
6/14/2023 9:45pm I don't remember him being called a great tester but his recent insights as the TV color commentator have me wondering. Last weekend he accurately predicted in practice how the privateer vs.factory suspension game might play out in the 450 motos. Going back to last year, I remember at Budds Creek he was able to point out how Eli's choice of the scoop tire affected his ability to move forward late in the 2nd moto. Best racer analysis since Bailey, in my opinion. Was he able to provide that kind of feedback to his team when he was racing?

RandomUserName Liked a reply to forum topic Is the LIV/PGA Tour merger foreshadowing what may happen with WSX and SX?
6/7/2023 1:39pm it's possible. Liv/PGA were at each other's throats until they weren't. Public name-calling and lawsuits. WSX and Feld do not have the kind of money that LIV does, but yeah, it could happen IF WSX becomes viable and you start seeing guys skipping outdoors for WSX (which is already happening). On another note, it's tiring to have people disagree with a person's perspective or idea and just piss all over it with rude and condescending comments. C'mon - we're all moto folks here. Yes stupid shit does get posted but this isn't one of 'em.

6/7/2023 10:21am This right here... People are talking as if tomac, anderson and the likes matter for this... they don't, they're past that splash point The real shakedown of the ama sx/mx series is coming in roughly 3-5 years, Because what happens.. when say the lawrences win everything here and are like you know what.. lets go race around the world. 6/6/2023 7:50pm you would be surprised. WSX mentioned America covers like 30% of bike sales or something.. with a large market % covered by other unexpected countries.. hence why WSX has the funding and support for this series. pretty sure Asia Pacific dominated the off-road motorcycles market in 2021...So Singapore is probably a good selection. wouldn't be surprised if that stadium fills up more than A1. heck, I mean India just started its own supercross series! and think of the population of these countries. America is hands down the face of our sport.. but moto enthusiast globally is much larger. that's the...

6/6/2023 12:20pm yes, if the money gets to a certain amount... you can bet your ass it will merge... anybody who thinks otherwise is looking for a grass roots perspective and doesn't want to see the usa potentially fall to a second rate series. 6/5/2023 3:44pm There was another thread a little while back where people were saying that you're a kook if you run folding levers and that the factory guys all prefer stock levers. I don't understand that mentality for something so preventable/fixable. If I was a team manager, I'd make it mandatory for my riders to run some sort of folding lever. It cost AP a podium.
