Occasional mud races are fun to watch. Don't understand all the complaining. SMX was created to try and limit the success of WSX. It is just entertainment and for sure 'not' a world championship by any means. Still nice to have a few extra races to watch if you want.

I didn't finish watching the race, myself. I find sloppy races like this one pretty boring.

I too fast forwarded most of it lol. SX mud races suck. I generally hate mud races of any kind. I want to watch the top guys running at their top level not dabbing their way around the track both feet off the pegs at 1/4 speed then be excited that they jumped a double in the mud that is no big deal when dry.

First race I turned off. Track was rubbish, Racing was garbage. SMX sucks.

never been a fan of SX mudders..........negates all the spectacle watching the field plod along in 1st gear.... leave the mudders to the great outdoors.

Can we just call a spade a spade, and admit that SMX is a complete failure and waste of time? Tracks and locations were not what was promised, and even people who care about Moto are not watching when there is College Football on a Saturday in the fall. There are better things to watch and do. Ill tune back in when its Anaheim 1.

Here is an idea. Let's drive to Ohio, then what do you say we drive to LA, and then let's head head back to the Midwest and Missouri. With Diesel prices at an all time high. Then let's hold a playoff in the middle of a Saturday Afternoon so you can't catch it at a bar on Saturday night. Whoever was in charge of scheduling should be shown the door.

If 3 major team managers are banned and this brands decide not to show up at all, then what happens? Are there obligations to race if you are “in” the playoffs? I’m sure FELD would change their minds pretty quick if Star, triumph and Ducati didnt show. Would absolutely love to see these teams take a stand

Yeah just listened to the podcast. Disgraceful, man this whole thing with SMX and FELD is just a joke. Please end it. This is sooooo far off from a proper top level motorsport.

SX is totally piggy backed to Monster Jam for the stadium use, and dirt. If Feld dumps SX, the stadiums and dirt are still tied up with Feld. I like to think of Solutions to problems like this. The promotional body/Title sponsor relationship that would make at least some financial sense (don't laugh); a Video Game manufacturer teams with a Heavy Equipment manufacturer, then brings all the motorcycle manufacturers along as associate sponsors and approaches the venues that Feld has pissed off in the last 10 years. If that all lined up, you might have a chance to sever ties...

Weege was annoying this week on the review show. Constantly defending the track and stadium. Who the hell actually though the arena was sick enough for the “playoffs.”
