Put out a little UI update to spruce up the site a bit last night. Added rider images, country flags, and manufacturer logos to the result pages. I also improved the Riders page. Now when clicking on the countries tab, it hides the featured riders widget and only shows the list of countries. Also, when clicking into a rider profile from one of the country pages, if you hit the back button, it now takes you right back to wherever you were on the country or name screen, rather than all the way back to the start of the Riders...

Hey everyone, I've teased that I've been building this site in a few threads in the past month or so and I'm happy to say that it is launched! The 1st Motocross I ever attended. April 1971, Corvallis Montana. Took pictures with my mom's Kodak Instamatic. Edit: I will add, as soon as I got to this race, and we walked around the pits, I was hooked and I knew I wanted to race motocross eventually. But it took a few more years to get there.

Some old pictures circa 2006-2009 I took that I thought some people around my age might enjoy. The longer you look the more you will see, definitely a few easter eggs that you won't catch at first glance. tbaum.org I was around 12 when these were taken so go easy on me. I'm no Rupert, but I think they will invoke a few memories for some.

Bought it that way, best $1000 I ever spent. Guy had a head on with a vehicle at a riding area. Bike was pretty much brand new except for the bent frame. I was able to find a frame on ebay and rebuilt the bike. Somehow the forks were straight, verified checking runout with a lathe. How it looked after the frame swap.

The street racing back then was epic. I was a van guy of course but I use to play with them on my Kawasaki Z-1 or even my RD-400. I raced my moto buddy’s 340 Duster on the RD and won but it was close.

💥 🫨❗️😛 😘 💥 Seriously Dude…that is 4-wheeled porn! Absolutely GORGEOUS❗️ My best childhood buddy…his dear ol’ Dad had 1970 SS El Camino w/396 cowl-induction hood etc! He bought it from his Dad & has it to this day! Those late 60’s / early 70’s hot rod’s were THE epitome of kick-ass cool & Detroit will never ever be able to top them or those good ol’ days! 😎 👍❗️

My cousin had a 69 396 with a four speed. Great times in that car. My 2016 mustang with a stage two kit and x pipe exhaust would kill that thing in the 1/4 though.
