8/6/2023 4:08pm In 1983-1984 when I was stationed in England in the USAF, there was only 4 channels on the only TV in the barracks. One of the channels had championship snooker, F1, golf and MXGP. I remember David Thorpe. He was a smooth rider. He knew how to handle the 500. Made it look easy.

RM Mike Added a reply to 1979 Suzuki RM125 Classic Motocross Review
1/30/2021 6:33pm Great job. I never knew these had so much more travel than the 1978 model. The Suzukis were the bike to have back then. And you're right about them being tall for the times. Nobody had tank stickers at the races.

5/12/2020 6:18pm Steve, the bright colors and sharpness of your photos is incredible. You should teach a photo class. You are really good it it. And I'd bet your setup is as trick and secret as a factory bike.

RM Mike Added a reply to When 250R Actually Meant Honda 250R
6/15/2019 12:35pm I remember when the 1986 ATC250R was new and they were common at Pismo. Few quads. My brother did work on his engine til it was like a top fuel dragster. He routinely beat Banshees up comp. hill. All foopers now. Funnest times I ever had riding. But I got hurt a few times.
