Since our girls are grown up, our family does the unconventional dinner on Christmas Eve, opening of presents etc. afterwards. We then have a few wobble pops and then sleep in on Christmas Day! Bacon wrapped filets, lobster tail, twice baked 'taters and asparagus on the grill.

12/23/2020 2:39am I can’t imagine what it would cost to build that in LA County. The county I live in requires no permits and has no codes other than for septic systems. I’ve done all the trenching, electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC myself and I’m still about $5k over my estimated budget. The price increase on building materials this year certainly hasn’t...

My fleet is finally getting the home they deserve. I’m doing a 40x60 shop,insulated with 12x12 doors. Pouring concrete now then doors will go up. I will post updated pictures once completed and bikes are in. The rzr got to spend the first night in it.

I’ll always be a fan of motocross, it’s been part of my whole life. I’ll be at every local national or super cross , will go watch races at local tracks, will support the sport every way I can. I’ll still ride my dual sport and go camping and desert riding with family and friends. I love dirt bikes, always have, always will. I raised my kids riding and racing motorcycles from pw50’s on up. 12/22/2020 4:04am I normally smoke a turkey or brisket but we’re keeping it simple this year with chili, clam chowder and Kings Hawaiian ham n cheese sliders. Of course there will be a veggie tray and charcuterie board for pre/post dinner snackers along with an open bar.

12/20/2020 1:44pm Agreed. Wood is a pain the ass. I just built a 26x34 pole building and am currently insulating with R23 in the walls, R30 in the ceiling and will finish with tin. I’m gonna use a 45k BTU radiant tube heater.

Whatever the reasons the last lock down didn’t work...another one will fail for those same reasons....so I cant support another failed attempt to save us from ourselves. Americans have seen the virus...they see the death counts and likely know someone that has died (or know someone that knows someone that has died)...they know how to prevent it...we don’t need the government to protect us from ourselves...if we are to dumb/skeptical/selfish/fearful/closed minded/whatever to voluntarily take the steps necessary to stop this (social distancing, limiting gatherings, etc etc)....then it is what it is. It’s not the governments job to save us from...
