This view is pretty fucked. The French lost 125,000 men killed during the early stages of the German invasion of France in WW2. The reason for France's surrender was not to do with the cowardice of the troops but the terrible strategy and organisation of the army leadership.

I generally like and respect Chase but it really pisses me off when any athlete who gets paid millions of dollars to to play or compete in a sport feels like they are making some kind of huge sacrifice or providing some sort of service to the fans beyond entertainment. No, Chase, you and your fellow competitors are not “giving your lives” for this sport. You are getting paid millions of dollars to play a game, work out, travel the world, be semi-famous, retire before 30 of you so choose, and have the rest of your life to live with...

Vialle and Prado are not comparable. Vialle is a two-time regional SX champ, and he is proven to give maximum effort. That he is pissed at KTM at the last race of his career there after they low balled him after winning two titles is understandable. Maybe not forgivable, but understandable.

I feel like KTM needs to work on their media releases a bit; they’re not exactly convincing when something goes wrong.

I would not be surprised at all to find out it has something to do with them getting paid. Maybe they get their salaries but win bonuses are gone or cut. I know there is a contract but if there is no money, there's NO MONEY!

Having a shock break 3 times is not the same thing as not liking your setup. One of those things catches you totally off guard and could be a real problem. Just for the sake of making the point, imagine if your shock broke every moto. How many times would it have to happen before you think it's OK to not go back out? In vialle's case it wasn't every moto, but I guess 3 times was his limit, assuming that's what actually happened.

Triumph doesn't have two 250 spots open. Smith 450s full year. Mikkel Haarup 450 Motocross (maybe 250 in SX) Swoll and Forkner 250s Maybe one 250 seat open. Deanno SMX Next, Combines, probably a couple Pro MX races.

Man he must be REALLY confident that it's 100% the bike. Kind of backed himself into a corner and has to perform or it will look really bad. Not that it doesnt already look bad
