If theyve got an NDA then they shouldnt say anything. Dont get involved if you can't/wont defend yourself with actual info.
Yes but that apparently doesn't apply when he's bitching about the bike
Kenny came off his beach house couch to ride Unadilla. Apparently he cramped up really bad the 2nd moto.
In my opinion pulling off because of a health issue is different then sticking it out when you don’t like your bike.
I agree, but as someone who works in an industry that is constantly dealing with ignorant morons spreading BS about it online, I can also see how difficult it would be for these riders to resist posting a “STFU” reply to some of these clowns.

Dude, this thread is wild. I read enough comments on this site to know how to read the room so it’s so bizarre that apparently everyone is pro-Vialle refusing to race because he thinks his bike is incapable. I can’t believe this is even a comparison but at least Prado is rolling around. I swear, this is one of the craziest things I’ve heard and the popular option is “No, he’s right! That is not a safe bike to ride.”
I feel like I have to be missing something major because it doesn’t make sense.
It is wild. But what’s even wilder is saying someone who finished 10th overall at a National is “rolling around.”
Maybe people give him the benefit of the doubt until they hear both sides of the story?
So you think that Prado is giving it all and that’s just where he’s finishing? This thread is wilder than I even thought!
No, I am saying it’s wild to think someone can just “roll around” at a US Pro MX event and score 10th overall. I definitely didn’t say anything about Prado giving it his all.
It’s really strange what Prado is doing. It looks like he’s giving it his all for several laps but then once he gets passed by a few riders he slows way down and kinda rolls a couple of corners and then picks it back up again. James thinks he’s having a mental struggle. At any rate it’s very strange how he’s riding out there.
I think the track broke his shock.
He also gets paid millions of dollars to do it. Go do your job.
Having a shock break 3 times is not the same thing as not liking your setup. One of those things catches you totally off guard and could be a real problem. Just for the sake of making the point, imagine if your shock broke every moto. How many times would it have to happen before you think it's OK to not go back out? In vialle's case it wasn't every moto, but I guess 3 times was his limit, assuming that's what actually happened.
Haven't heard lately, is Vialle going back to Europe?
What would an NDA state that could be an issue? Seems like that would be one very specific, red flag of an NDA to anyone that was required to sign that. "If anything is our fault, you have to take the heat and look like a piece of trash? Anything wrong with our equipment must not be discussed with anyone?"
Hopefully the quitter is now
I would not be surprised at all to find out it has something to do with them getting paid. Maybe they get their salaries but win bonuses are gone or cut. I know there is a contract but if there is no money, there's NO MONEY!
lacked confidence in his set up is just a very PR way of saying equipment failure of some sort
Pit Row
Didnt he win his 2nd SX East title in his 3rd season this year?
I feel like KTM needs to work on their media releases a bit; they’re not exactly convincing when something goes wrong.
Well, this forum says otherwise. You are spitting out words without actual having info 🙄
If course it does, if you had listen to his interviews he select every word caref lly more or less not to step on the wrong side. The more negative it is, the harder the impact and enforcement.
Its an NDA. Anything previously and generally known is typically ok. Probably a confidentiality clause as well being even more specific.
The enforcement is something else.
Why do you think Prado added the "100%"? Because he has some kind of performance wording in his agreement.
Sure, it was probably the KTM bankruptcy that probably leads into job security and when you're at your lowest with the bike and that happens you probably run soon as you can.
I would imagine Chase now regrets his decision to leave as KTM North America seems to be OKAY and his bike to me now looks like the best bike watching him, jett and eli ride. But he did what he needed to do.
As far as Vialle. No clue his issue and why he didn't be the rider i thought he would be outdoors but he won two sx titles.
Edit: I dont think he regrets it cause of Prado/Kawi as Andersen rides the same bike and can crush it. I think he just found the setup on KTM, but also i just watched his bike fail him and eat shit sooo.
You're the one stating they have NDAs. Not me.
I have opinions on things and my opinion comes from my own two eyes when I see Chase conveniently taking time off on two occasions from mysteriously being "banged up".
If he isn't going to actually tell the fans or media what's going on because of a NDA don't say anything further. Don't sit at home on Twitter getting into online arguments if you're not in a position to actually defend yourself.
We have more info than before he posted dont we. So mission accomplished.
Add what Chase is saying with 3 failed shocks. Ian saying no confidence in setup. Dont have to be even some intelligent to get what it means.
According to Vital, riders shall only speak when taking accountability. And when they cant say exactly everything, they shouldn't say anything. Got it.
And you wonder why we don't get more info.
Any info is better than no info.
He was injured, check his instagram
Vialle and Prado are not comparable. Vialle is a two-time regional SX champ, and he is proven to give maximum effort. That he is pissed at KTM at the last race of his career there after they low balled him after winning two titles is understandable. Maybe not forgivable, but understandable.
* 4 titles
He also won 2 world championships with KTM.
Sorry Mav was talking about AMA stuff, since he came to the USA. I should have been clearer what I was talking about.
