A bit off topic, but your comment got me thinking…after all of Kawasaki’s hype with nothing to show for it thus far, it would be the ultimate troll move for another brand to just dump a new two-stroke onto the market without any announcement…

The gg silver and red looks very nice to a lot of us especially those who grew up in the 80s/90s when silver rims were popular. Every bike on the market doesn't need to be black/grey/white/red plastic with black rims. If you wanted a red bike with black wheels and different fork leg anodizing then there are Hondas, Betas, Starks, and Ducatis to look at.

I was looking at some online photos of Mid Ohio USGP from 1976 and something caught my eye. I wonder if that is the wiseco banner I have from that race.? Just brought back memories.

Frenchie (steve47) is still around. We are friends on FB (Steve Lepine). Not sure if he still rides, seems to be very involved with family stuff and team sports with his kids. I havent talked to John Dash (rm250guy} in probably 20yrs.

HB351 called me today and wished everyone on Vital a Happy New Year! He wishes he could post here after 6 years of being clicked, but unfortunately he has no response from the ML boss. Yes you guys are correct. The stock 250 clamp has a different clamping position on the fork and gives us a different/better/preferred feel. We also chose the kyb suspension as well. I spent a lot of hours doing all of the chassis set up on the bike for the team before Kenny rode the bike the first time. And we all felt it is the best set up for the current bike.

Dead? They exhibited 10% growth in global motorcycle sales revenue for FY2024, while many other manufacturers were seeing a moderate contraction. It is their largest growth division, and they are paying a 3% dividend on their stock. We are just super isolated here in the MX community.

Pretty sure the 23 GG has the older large axle, your 24 has the smaller axle, but all you need is the reduced axle sized wheel,spacers to use the older wheels….

The adjusted wins list is a wins list if RC didn't exist and we count the second places to him as wins. Windham and Reed jump from outside the top ten to 4th and 6th respectively. Windham and Reed, along with James Stewart are the biggest benefactors in terms of overall wins. If we look at championships, Kevin Windham would have four 450 MX titles as he finished second to Carmichael four times.
