https://www.vitalmx.com/forums/moto-related/indiana-vitards-call-politi… Unfortunately it didn't make it to the floor for vote in this session. Hopefully next year. But lots of other states are proposing similar bills. Please call/email your local congress/senate person to support this legislation in your state.

After 25 years you automatically become an AMA Charter Life Member. When I passed that several years ago my dues automatically became ZERO and I have not been charged a fee since then. There are options to continue paying an annual fee for certain "perks" like the monthly magazine, roadside assistance, etc; maybe your Dad signed up for one of...

I rode this once. It was pretty awesome. Whatever gear it was in, it seemed to have the same, smooth, linear thrust. Torquey, powerful, but very controlled.

No, the 250 class is the 250 class. We don’t consider the 65cc class the B main to the 85cc class. It’s a smaller displacement class typically for younger riders who haven’t yet graduated to the 450 class. It has absolutely nothing to do with skill level. If it did, we would have had guys like the Lawrence bros, Tomac, Deegan, Webb, Roczen, Carmichael, Stewart, Dungey, Villopoto, etc start right out in the 450 class coming out of amateurs. A “B main” would include guys who simply aren’t as good as the guys in the “A” main. That absolutely 100%...

Sorry to hear about Tina. For some reason when you posted those pics of that CR500 it reminded me about those bikini CR500 pics. When I had first built Pitracer.com late 90s and it wasn't as easy to just "upload" files to a website I remember someone (maybe you?) sent them to me asking to put them on my site...

Mine was KYB and it was my first time. I got the compression adjuster removal tool and was glad I did, for me bleeding was the hard part because I wasn't sure if I did it right. I did it the shock standing straight up way first then was unsure so I removed the compression adjuster the next day and bleed it like that then got some more bubbles out. Super happy with the results.

It would be really funny if we got a new Suzuki before the Kawi 2stroke comes out.

Well in context I've been doing my own suspension for like 20+ years and more if you want to count changing fork oil going back to the 80s. So I have most all of the tools needed. It was more difficult than I was anticipating loosening and removing the stock WP reservoir. I've seen a lot of people doing it...

Just introduce the 107% rule. Unfortunately moto isn't a very deep sport talent-wise and there aren't 20 guys who are good enough to actually be on the gate in SX. A lot of them should be in Arenacross

This topic keeps coming back around, The incident between Freise and Tomac at the weekend shows why. Gypsy obviously took a lot of heat by saying the privateers shouldn’t be in professional sports and whilst I agree, I think there is some discrepancy over the definition, They say on the broadcast Clubmx are a privateer team - I don’t agree, they’re just not a factory team. In my mind, if you’re getting paid to ride by a team and it is your full time job and you don’t require another job to sustain your racing efforts, nor are you working...

Just a note I wanted to add here. I had never heard of JBI suspension before seeing this thread and it caused me to go look at their site and research their parts. I watched a bunch of their videos and I ended up buying and installing their bladder conversion kit on my 24 GG350 shock a few weeks ago...

Good observation. As someone that has everything from Pro Circuit to Race Tech to Factory Connection and in-house WP, Showa and KYB goodies…all of which are amazing… I’ve had work done by JB…and his work is stellar. His in-house hardware is “Kit level”…and…he’ll work with you…after the fact…to get it right. When you see him at the track? He comes over and sees how things are going and helps with input and knowledgeable adjustments. I had an RMZ with extremely nice suspension revalved by someone-else…and it wasn’t cheap…and it had thier decals allllll over it…didn’t matter…JB is who helped me...

I don't want to be overly negative, and I know this topic is beating a dead horse. The truth is that I think a lot of people appreciate a split-screen (2 box) at moments in a race, but the execution is not good. The images I've provided here are a quick and dirty possible solution. Image 1 (top left): An original screenshot from the actual broadcast. I show rough sizes of the screens for a 75-inch display (which is what I watch the races on). The Blue background takes up around 33.9% of the screen (wasted space) Image 2 (top...
