I was looking at some online photos of Mid Ohio USGP from 1976 and something caught my eye.
I wonder if that is the wiseco banner I have from that race.? Just brought back memories.
I've got a fresh twenty-spot burning a hole in my wallet. I'll stop by and swap you for that banner this weekend!

Oh so this track was permanent? I wasn't sure if it was only built for big events or not. Didn't get into bikes until '92.
Totally different venue and location.
Ah, found it. Mill Run Road just north of Mock Road south of Lexington.
Raced at the original track up to about 1990, after it was resurrected after hosting concerts I think...? Memory is a little fuzzy, but after 1990 it faded back into obscurity.
Good and bad memories of riding that track, but the history it holds is undeniably big
