For me it's gotta be Zach Osborne's 2017 Las Vegas comeback ride. Wrecked on the first lap, his bike pinned under another riders so the time loss was that much greater, rode like his life depended on it all the way to Savatgy and full sending it on the 2nd to last corner on the final lap to win the championship.
