James is the best we have ever had in the booth as far. In my opinion better than Emig, GL, DB, RC and the rest. His analysis is really good. He continues to improve and the more he does it the better he is. You can actually learn race craft from him. To top it off, he's humble. Stark contrast from the redhead. Where do we sign the petition for full time JS7?

I don't do asterisks for racing because there could be an asterisk argument made for nearly every single race and championship. A bunch of woulda, coulda, shoulda, and what ifs don't belong in racing. You go racing because things happen and you never know the outcome. By the sounds of a lot of guys here on Vital we should just cancel every single supercross series when the favorites crash out, because any other winner will just be an asterisk correct? Not penalty worthy, but “suck it” on live tv. He’s been on social media since day one and I thought he would be far more polished, but riders like Cole, Jo, Hunter are far more better. Also, Deegs was supposed to work this class and I think Cole has far more upside then him in supercorss. Can’t wait to see Deegs in the 450 class with riders like Anderson, Bam Bam, Tomac, Webb, and Sexton. Cole, I’m a fan! You’re humble and you’re going places .

There absolute is precedent for no penalty. A penalty would be ridiculous, as if you penalize him, you need to penalize so many other people, but it doesn't make this incident any less gross. Although I like the idea in SX that the rider can't verbally communicate with their mechanic over a radio comm, I do think riders should still be given a 1-way radio directly with officials for when a bad crash happens.
