Did arms today, legs tomorrow. My gym has some concept 2 rowers, any good starting workouts on one? Would like to finish my workouts with a cardio workout on the rower. Just have no idea what I should be doing or shooting for as a good workout. Ps.....my whole upper body is JELLO now, dreading the soreness tomorrow!!!

Some one mentioned carnivore diet... Yes, it's no BS when it comes to dropping weight. I dropped 30lbs in a little over 30 days, but I also added in intermittent fasting, so basically 1 good filling meal a day usually somewhere between 3 and 6 pm. I found that I wasn't feeling hungry for up 20 hrs. The key is to cut most carbs and all sugars, at least until you hit your target weight....you need to be strict during that time I cut coffee, all breads, cereals, rice, pastas, alcohol, and sugars including fruit high on the sugar index...

So this past weekend I through a set of the new michelin starcross 6's on my kids bike and sent him out for 6 motos at KROC. He top 5'd both classes, we will stick with the Michelins for now.

I was headed outside to do the most hated maintenance job in motocross. I opened the door and there was Beta, elbow deep in a bag of dirty filters, just washing away! Thx Beta

Beta did this on my '23 500RS. It suddenly had some idle'ing issues at about 50hrs and they thought it was the valves. Went through all of that and some other things but couldn't fix the problem. Beta replaced the entire engine and harness free of charge to me. Their service cannot be beat.

In March of 23 my right side main bearing failed. Bike was almost 2 years old with 27.8 hours on it. Beta shipped a brand new engine to my dealer at no cost to me. That was customer support on the next level. Bike is a 2021 200RR.
