I place an order about two weeks and have not received a shipping notification yet. If anyone else has ordered from Works Chassis Labs how long did it take to receive a shipping notification after placing your order?
Communications were slow when I ordered from them too but I received parts just fine.
If anyone has a direct contact I'd appreciate it. I tried the scot email address found in other threads but that email address no longer exists.
A lot of people on here had similar issues with product delivery and communication several years ago, so based on that, I'd suggest that you dispute the charge and try FCP mounds instead.
I didn't want to have to make this post, leaving a bad review of a small moto company is the last thing I want to do but I have no other recourse. I did get in touch with Scot by texting the phone number posted in other threads. He responded the next day apologizing, offering a refund and sent the product right away and I had my order by Monday. I thought this was finally over until I had a look at the mounts. The bottom mounts look great but the top mounts have significant defects in the logos. The laser etching is unaligned and misprinted. It looks janky, they look like a defect you'd pull from a production line. I texted Scot asking if I could exchange the top mounts for an un blemished set and have been left on read for one week. I doubt he's going to respond. Maybe I can get them refinished somehow…. Pictures added below.

Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
Free shipping: VITALMX
If you didnt say anything I would have thought theyre supposed to look like that. Just looks 3d. If he did in fact refund them and u got those for free id just rock em like that tbh.
What they're suppose to look like
I didn't know Chassis Lab still existed.
Put ‘em on and run ‘em. That actually looks better than the “correct” way. He ain’t responding because he thinks you’re a kook.
He refunded you and sent you the parts anyway? And you’re still bitching?
Easy with the attitude. The refund didn't go through yet so we'll see. Would you accept a new T shirt you purchased with coffee stains on it? Would you accept a Pro Circuit exhaust with the stickers half torn off? You wouldn't. It's not the own you think it is to send free product when I had to track him down for a month and dig through internet forums because he won't answer to his official company contact. If I never would have found his phone number on an obscure Vital Mx forum he would have never sent me anything. He wasted plenty of my time, compensating me is only fair. I would have much rather paid full price and received non tarnished product. The point of this post is to show other potential customers the non sense you'll have to deal with if you decide to use this company.
I'm a kook who expects to receive what he paid for 😂
It's half full.
The reason I ordered from WCL and not FCP was because the Twisted Tea team uses WCL front mounts on their bikes. I assumed a company associated with a factory team would be trustworthy.
So you're worried that logo doesn't represent properly the company you bash?
😄
I put a lot of time, money and effort into my bikes. Yes I want them to look nice. Your take is so absurd I have to assume that you're only posting it to rage bait.
Just hit it with your purse.
Pit Row
First world problems
So you confirm engine mounts' primary target is posers with too much cash on their hands?
🤣
I would avoid running those with the logos like that, its going to mess with the frame characteristics of the bike with the etching off center. I would suggest running the stock mounts since that's all you need anyway.
It's not a "first world" problem to have a company not ship product or communicate a timeline, ghost communications from a customer, and thensend a damaged product. Does the logo matter? Not really, but speaks to the attention to detail of a company.
Clearly the first mistake.
He's not the only one 😂
I'm starting to suspect Works Chassis Labs might not even be a real Laboratory.
I wouldn't know chassis mounts on someone else's bike unless I got down on my knees and had it pointed out to me. I wouldn't know right from wrong on these mounts.
Ironic that my PFP is of me riding and yours is a stock photo of a checkered flag
Bro you received the limited edition ones, quit your whining
I would call the better business bureau… I’m sure they could use a laugh today.
