I.M.O the key is to get really really really good marketing people on your team who are passionate about the sport. That way you can pull some hi paying sponsors who want to market to the motocross demographic and aren't scared to invest big money so you can buy: 1. Good riders 2. fast / reliable equipment 3. Good results...
