The "millionaire motorcycle racer" is using his profile to draw attention to the guys who aren't millionaire motorcycle racers and how they're not being looked after - either safety or reward for their efforts. "Nobody is holding a gun to rider's heads to ride" has also been Luongos' attitude to anyone who complains for years, and is the reason why there's often half empty grids and world class riders are staying in national series, diluting the field in MXGP. Are you saying you're cool with that and riders should either shut up or leave.?

I would love to see Herlings come over and do a season of MX here. I know he may not be the Herlings of a few years ago, but he is still damn fast and a joy to watch ride.

Heck yes it would be great to get him and Tomac and Roczen all on the track together before they all hang it up.

I didn't like the young, arrogant Herlings but the older, mature version is making me a fan. The way money is sucked out of MXGP without ever getting put back into things like safety (never mind prize money) is a scandal - and has been for far too long.

I originally thought he did that. But then I went and watched again. He seems to be giving a thumbs up. Like, I'm not mad because you ate dirt, so here's a thumbs up. So, I was kind of like, same shit again. But then he actually didn't do what I figured he would.

Had the opposite effect on me as I laughed out loud when he said it. Kind of like Hannah, you either love him or you don't with no in between. I think you will find thats just the new way long format podcast style interviews are done. Kind of capitalizing on his strengths too because he actually has a life and hobbies vs a lot of other moto journalists

‘22 he should’ve won the overall tht day but he crashed on the last lap I think & gave the overall up to Kenny , yesterday imo he had the speed & pace to win moto 2 but he gave it away again , yea on paper u can say he ain’t tht good at thunder valley but eye test says other wise , he just gotta calm his ass down sometimes

It would be amazing if every track followed Ironman’s lead and primarily fixed the outsides in between motos. It really opens up the track since, as we all know, the torque and traction of modern 4 strokes has made insides the preferred line in most situations A choppy, rutty inside and a fast/smooth-ish outside all but eliminates the “funnel” effect
