Joko Started a new thread Steel frame stretch a real concern?
8/25/2016 7:02pm After listening to the 8/23/16 Pulpmx show when Steve M talked about how their steel YZ250's frame would stretch 1/4" after its first time out, and JT saying it was be a noticeable change in handling, and the new KTM steel frames are changed 5x a season at the pro level makes me wonder if this is a real problem...

7/28/2016 4:38pm I use 6d, great protection, plus when you crash and are concerned about the integrity of the helmet, send it in for their inspection and repair program. Inspection=$0, repair - $250, plus option to buy a new one at a big discount!

7/23/2016 11:50am I've had more crashes because I didn't have enough power (casing jumps, dropping the front wheel in holes, burying the front end, etc) on smaller bikes vs bigger ones. IMO i think the extra power is a good safety margin to prevent crashes sometimes.

If the billet pistons are 30mm, what is the typical stock size piston ? Billet aluminum or steel Pistons? Are you able to measure the output force of the larger piston vs stock...
