FMF FATTY what works when nothing else will?

So I'm motoring on pretty good on my CR125 build. One thing that I have yet to overcome is this pipe. I think it's too far gone. For one it has a a few dings but only one is on the outward side. Next it's rusted and some of the spots are pitted. You know how it is on these builds.....we are already going to have twice in it than what it's worth but I don't want to put this pipe on a basically new bike. New wheels, tires, plastic, graphics, etched frame. It will look like a pink elephant. So are there any other options besides, simple green, purple power, water and tin-foil, 120 grit sandpaper or SOS pads? Lol. Here's a pic.
