I don’t know, I’ve done what Levi did on a stock 250F in 2007. You hit something thinking the rear spring will hold and it just goes too deep and hucks you. I don’t think it has anything to do with bikes or track design. As he said, he just was feeling good and got greedy. I hope he makes a full recovery quickly.

could be yeah. limits speed and/or would force some track design changes. not seriously sugessting it, just intersting to think about. at the end of the day, they need to slow down the tracks. the sand stuff is pretty good imo, which actually itonically probably DOES lead to softer setups in some cases.

Hopefully just spinous process fractures from the tuck and impact but could also get vertebral body wedge fractures from that kind of impact. Spinous process fractures and collarbone don't usually get you admitted though.....

Something happened tonight. It wasn't a gradual fade. He quickly went from fighting for second to looking like bike would barely go around corners. Arm pump, flat tire, shock gave up..... something changed late in the race tonight.

Davies is the best 250 rider (countrywide) this year, in terms of technique and control, and has the biggest upside. He's unbelievable. Go check the video of his fastest qualifying lap in Arlington. Most of the riders will never ride like that, ever... No one on the East rides like that... Haiden is the best 250 guy when he's is the zone like SMX or Dallas. Not many 250 guys can be 8th and 12th on the first lap of a shortened Triple Crown moto and win. He did that twice saturday. No one on the East can do that...
