While I really like my 350 SXF, I will seriously be considering a 300 SX when it comes time to replace my 350. Top of my list for now.

Congrats on the new ride—stunning bike! These new gen 300 TBI motors are straight-up amazing. My 2025 TX-300 with the TBI motor and new spring fork is hands-down the sweetest KTM/Husky 2-stroke I've ever had.

Congrats! these 300 TBIs are really just amazing machines. I've messed with gearing just a little to put 3rd gear exactly where I want it, and lower pegs and a higher seat for my tall ass and other than that its been air filters, tires and gas for 60 hours.

Get the PHDS bar mounts and fill your bars with silicone. That should help with the vibrations. I have PHDS bar mounts on both of my KTMs, though they were made before the counterbalanced engine era

By checking them frequently he means before your first ride, during your first ride check them every time you come off the track, and a bunch more during the next 5 rides. I learned this the hard way about 3 times. Enjoy! She’s beautiful, and the deep note of the 300 is just music to the ears.

1/29/2026 6:49pm I hear that fully! My lap times would absolutely show that I can ride a 4 stroke faster most anywhere, especially as it gets later in the day and I’m tired. But I can also say for me that’s completely irrelevant because I’m just slow regardless.. so the smiles on the smokers are definitely worth it.
