If you hold a current Pro license you are a Pro IMO you should not be able to be a Pro Amateur

That sums it up perfectly. Deegan Sr. was a 125 (250s today) "top 5 XYZ Coast" rider at best, who won ONE race but had a million excuses why he didn't win more. He then stumbled into the new "freestyle" scene which was taking off, right place right time. He's got the IQ of chain lube, but a very sensitive nose for $$ and self-promotion, you gotta give him that. He was no better a racer that Twitch but they both became wealthy off the highschool-dropout pothead tat bros, like......... ain't America great? Even ditch-diggers can make it big Brian...

Our MX son started watching Danger Boy videos about 8 years ago and now with You Tube on everyone’s big screen, Mom and I kinda got sucked in ourselves for a few minutes a week or so for years. All I’ve heard is people touting how great of a dad Brian is…🤔 Between Haiden’s riding in the heat, followed by his immature behavior at the press conference… Father to Father, I say Brian needs to step up his game a bit!

Way too much arrogance, attitude, and self-induced drama for a so far only regional SX race podium guy. History is full of the "Next Superstar" who didn't live up to expectations. Things haven't gotten tough yet; no injuries, relatively easy success (Podium) in a 4-5 rider deep regional class, maybe best factory level bike, maybe best team/facility, full power of Monster's media machine hyping you, personal Monster sponsorship money, Daddy's money / industry influence help, etc, etc. It's obviously he has lot of growing up to do to avoid the curse of 250 SX guys who already believed they had...

Deegan wants to race like that but won't answer questions and just laughs. Really low class if you ask me. Really shows the character of him.

I’m not at the race. Lewis is. We’re reaching out to Yamaha to see if we can get Jordon but it’s extremely likely that he’s left the track already. Depending where Deegan finishes the main will decide who’s interviewing him. If he podiums the main, I’ll ask about in press conference. If he doesn’t podium, Lewis will try to snag him in the pits.
