Logged 9 engine hours over the weekend. The race course was slower and very rocky and the JBI set up worked great. My only gripes I have I think are due to the rigidity of the aluminum frame which I'm not used to coming from Beta/Pre-2016 KTM frames. For the drop downs i went Offroad Desert - B class, hes also from my area originally so hes very familiar with my terrain which varies from massive sand whoops to slow rock crawling. People on here seem to have good luck with the Tusk unit, me, not so much. I have the Twin Air setup ready to go in. Desert racing where I'm at we have a lot of silt and filters are a major issue.

Mine appears to fit tight as well and after a relatively wet desert race I don't see any signs of dirt ingestion in the air boot. Only reason I noticed it was because I greased the seal to be sure as I had no way to physically feel around the sealing area like I would typically on euro bikes, and...

Anyone that uses the Tusk Quick Air setup, put grease on the seal, mount it, then pull it out and review the grease, mine has about a .010" gap in the front bottom portion where it is not making contact with the airbox.

Just grabbed a 25 KX450. This is my first Japanese race bike since a 1999 RM125, I've been on Euro bikes since 2003. Triple clamp pinch bolt torque - Manual states 23nm for top and bottom clamps?
