Clarification noted...but the literal meaning of "can be a millionaire" is that someone could "be a millionaire" before they kick the bucket. I agree, not everyone can run/own a multi-million dollar company....usually due to some impairment or lack of motivation.

The obvious problem that should hit you in the face like a brick is that the supreme court is only one court and can only hear so many cases. The firearms ban in DC is a prime example of a law that has been unconstitutional for decades but only recently had a ruling by the supreme court. So Borg's point...

This might be interesting if our system truly was capitalism...instead of this thing that spends an ever increasing portion of our fudged GDP on warped social programs domestic and global.
Big difference in a law enforcement agency perpetuating crime to justify it's existence while pushing Obama's anti gun agenda and a relief agency failing to perfectly save the day for a dysfunctional city/state government. Would like to see a few ATF clowns go to jail and the whole agency disbanded. They have a history of this kind of thuggery. This...

Can't argue with that. If we put these stimulus people to work instead of giving them money to load up on chips and soda...things might actually be better...instead of just pretending its better.

That is unrealistic for about 90-99% of the people in the US. A 100 percent dividend strategy is leaving a lot of money on the table in my opinion. Basically the money is dead except 4 times per year.

Coins are annoying and they don't fit in my wallet. Debit and Credit cards have done more to eliminate paper money than coins ever will.

If they are "given" stocks and other things...they are taxed on the value of the property at the time received. If they are employees, it is treated as normal compensation and payroll taxes will be due. if they are not employees (directors and such) it is self employment income subject to both parts of SS/Med.
