Sorry guys, I am not much of a sci fi type of guy and never saw the movie. I have seen some previews, and tried to watch it with the wife and kids once, but just couldn't get into it.

Sorry guys, I am not much of a sci fi type of guy and never saw the movie. I have seen some previews, and tried to watch it with the wife and kids once, but just couldn't get into it.
You can use it to open doors when you forget your keys...and fight jedis^^

Would be great for trimming trees and pruning bushes also.

Also guilty on the light sabers. After I spent a weekend watching all 6 movies with my kid when he was around 10, I bought a pair of the good ones - with the neon lights that power up from the base up to the tip instead of the whole thing lighting up at the same time, makes all the real sounds, etc. Of course, one Jedi and one Vader version. I can't tell you how many light saber battles we've had, and it never gets old.
