Have said it many times. None of these bikes have substantially changed in years. Lot of bold new graphics and sales pitches about the latest and greatest fancy new thing. Especially in 450 world where power hasn't been limiting factor in a while. Suzuki has one glaring thing missing, but the notion that the other bikes have left it in the dust just isn't reality.

I think the performance of the season is getting lost in all the banter about Jett laying up and pulling over. I say it's the performance of the season because no one else has been able to hang with Jett other than Chase a couple times, and I think we all expect that of Chase. 1992 was also somewhat of an A minus team (since you don't like B team) Ernée might be the best place on earth to have that race too as far as a fan/spectator standpoint. 2005 is still one of my favorite racing memories... It'll be a blast. I hope you'll have good weather! It's gonna be tough to beat Australia and France at home but I'll be happy (as an American for a few years) with a podium from these boys...

Just wanted to update y'all and give a shout out to the Waterbury CT. police department. Just found out they recovered my son's YZ 125!. Two years later and we got 1 out of three back. I talked to the arresting officer and he told me the bike is in good shape and may even have some goodies on it that weren't there before. Hopefully the POS who stole it gives up his buddies and it leads to getting them all back but this is a great start. My only issue is I moved to Florida so I can't be...

I didn't have high expectations going in, but came away really enjoying the event. Trackside viewing was a nice change from your typical SX event. I'm not sure that most people even realized this was an option (or knew that you could use the tunnel to go to either side of the track). You could watch every moto from a different spot. Free all-day access to the pits was also a nice. Pits were so quick and easy to get in and out of that you could easily run back to see the riders as the were getting off their...

Some of you thinking that the Deegans could just straight up tell Star, or any other riders telling their teams that they are racing on their own dime is laughable. Are you guys actually serious? For those not self employed, go tell your employers that you're going to use their equipment to do something outside of what you are contracted to do but on your own dime and see what their response is. From someone who was involved in both WSX and has been involved in Paris SX, they told me that WSX wanted a larger promotion fee from Paris SX then they were currently paying riders to be there. Basically, under the current Paris SX model, they put out X amount of start-up money to get top riders to the race. Every year they have a solid haul of top 450 talent and sell out or nearly sell out their venue. It works. WSX wanted a larger promotion fee from this promoter then what he already spends. No you can’t compare…One has failed the other has not, and it has failed exactly as I said it would every step of the way. Like I have said a million time before WSX was wrong in their aggressive approach, the timing of their series set up to compete against an existing series, outlandish promises to be biggest and the best SX series in the world…they should have kept their mouths shut under promise and over deliver a series in the fall during the off season of any other series so they could draw some of the best riders and...
