So happy for both JCoop and RJ. RJ that stepped up and went to France and JCoop for saying that he would ride anything this year if needed. And now they get a chance to do it on home soil to. Of course he is. He was never going to race it with a broken collar bone, in my opinion. They just squeeze every ounce of attention they can out of every possible situation. But hey, good on them to milk it as long as possible to make it harder on everyone else who needs to get things ready for Justin. Pumped for JCoop at least.

Should never have been “in” after his injury/dipshittery. The whole debacle was a slap in the face to Cooper, who was gracious enough to step up. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t expect anything less from the AMA, who (in the words of Joe Pesci) could “fuck up a cup of coffee.”

I took my kid to Glen Helen last weekend for the final round of a Swapmoto series. He didn't get great starts or throw down the fastest laptimes, but he beat a few guys. Some of those 125 Beginners were fast! Anyway, it was cool for me to see him graduate from "rider" to "racer," 40 years after I did.

I don't know if this is too little, too late, or if he even cares what I think, but i figured I'd give it try. Once Deegan does the second takeout move the black flag should’ve been thrown out. The probability of Shimoda being the one down with a broken collarbone was just as big as Deegan. The lack of officiating made the sport look like a circus yet again.

I got to ride that track one year before Southwick and it was one of the coolest tracks I’ve ever ridden. TC looks pretty dang good. I wouldn’t be too surprised with a top 10 but definitely top 15.

That's a bummer. I think Tom can be very good here on 450. He might not blow the doors off his rookie year, but I think he can build into a race winner and maybe even an outdoor champion.
