Tony posted riding the wick yesterday.

Keith Johnson commented Top 5 laptimes.

Should be interesting at Redbud and Tony mentioned on Pulp that he is racing a stock Duke with an Acro pipe and FC suspension.

He will not do well if he’s riding a KTM street bike.

10-12th. That private sand track he was on next to the power lines in MA was SICK

I reckon 6-10, but with a bit of trepidation because he’s on a different spec bike to what he’s been riding in Europe, and that will make it more difficult.

Ducati really scored snagging TC to help with the Ducati. Seems like hes enjoying the process too. Wonder what his salary is for all this

What’s with him being on and off the throttle all the time, sure looks like it was upsetting the suspension?

I'm a Prado and TC fan, but I wouldn't be surprised to see TC beat Prado and I wouldn't be surprised to see it the other way as well.

That’s how I see it.

I’m just stoked he’s here. He brings excitement and that MXGP flair with him. Stoked for the fans & Ducati, too.

Hell, maybe we see him at MXON? Hey! It could happen…🤣

I don't expect him to beat Prado at Red Bud.  JP has been to Red Bud a few times and rode well there.  He lead a decent amount of the 1st moto of 2018 MXoN on a 250.

But I am really glad TC is getting at least an exhaust and some suspension tuning for the Duc.  I've got him 7-10...  Really damn good for a part time racer at his age.

I like both of them too and I would like to see both of them do well but Tony beating Jorge would show there's really something wrong on Prado side. It would be a tough pill to swallow.

The way Prado rides right now I see him 6th overall TC, more around 10th...

I got to ride that track one year before Southwick and it was one of the coolest tracks I’ve ever ridden. TC looks pretty dang good. I wouldn’t be too surprised with a top 10 but definitely top 15.

I think the whole point of him coming is R&D on an American track. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't have any real expectations or finishes out of the top 10. i think it's really cool of Ducati coming to race here.

Sounds like he'll be happy with a top 10

Its the nickname for a Ducati well before KTM made theirs…

The world exists outside of the US, motogp, WSBK

Italians hiring Italians is a very Italian thing to do.

He'll run well for the 1st 1/2 of the motos but might fade a little due to lack of race conditioning  end up in the top ten is my bet.

7/4/2025 8:55am

He clearly still has the skill but he’ll probably be let down by his fitness after being retired for so long

Depends on the start. If he starts up front I could see a top ten.  If he starts out of the top ten. It will be difficult for him.  Jett, Hunter, Eli, Chase. Plessinger, J cooper are 1-6 unless something bad happens to them. RJ, Prado, Webb group he might be close to in speed though.  That's 7-9.  The way they have been riding he probably beats Stewart, Anderson, barcia. Especially if he starts at in front of them.

Prado will say it's his team's failure to make his bike fast.

Just like with Dungey a few years ago, I don't care where he finishes. Just cool to see him out there.

We are living in an incredible time for motocross. More brands than ever. More international riders than ever. And, we get an absolute legend riding a legendary brand. I'm just happy that motocross is alive and well.
