They were clearly on when Brown AND Bennick jumped them.

I was there, happened right in front of us. Here’s what I saw…. Kelly went off the track from the other lane and ended up on the backside of the finish line jump. The tower started waiving the Red Cross flag and hit the lights as he got back in the correct lane and going pretty quick. AMA guy stops waiving the Red Cross flag, but the lights kept flashing, before the little setup double before the finish, and on the tower. Crew is unaware the lights are still going. Brown and Jo are battling and come around the sweeper...

I don’t know if it will work, but I have always felt that if the Red Cross is out, it should be for a full lap (or however many laps needed) but from the first guy through it, they will be the first rider to have it removed

GT Arenacross, AMA Arenacross and Partzilla Arenacross have decent size pro classeses. I'm sure that doesn't help.

East Coast usually brings out a lot more privateers. Having that been said, pre SMX, entry fees and pro license fees were much cheaper, like 50% increase since SMX started. Same with crew passes increasing. They bragged about a big SMX purse, which is great for the guys getting paid, but what they didn't say is that it also came at the added expense of the privateers trying to make a night show or fast 40. It may be a non-factor in the grand scheme of things of rider attendance, but it's not a fact you can completely dismiss either.

I would rather it have 90 hours without being opened than 90 hours with alleged new top end and clutch.

Personally I would look for a lower hour machine if possible. That said I bought my 350 with 25 hours. I’m now over 100 on the oem valves/piston/rings/clutch. I think I’ve changed the SA and linkage bearings once.

If it saves you from getting a hospital bill, is $100 all that much?
