As far as your thread title goes; I applaud any guy prepared to come from the GPs to AMA, or vice versa, to give it a go, no matter who they are.

Meanwhile, Romain Febvre and the MXGP Kawasaki Racing team are doing well - not winning, but near the front most every race, and they won the title last season. Antti Pyrhonen isn't having the kind of issues the US team is having, and the bikes are not totally different... Anyone remember when Yamaha handed their 450 team to Star to manage and why? Jus' Sayin...

That would make too much sense. Chase winning earlier is the biggest WTF of the whole deal. Why is he not just running that setup and make small tweaks for different tracks??

^ I like the switchbacks. They set up a lot of passing opportunities. SX tracks are already too focused on jump, jump, jump, jump; it's nice to have something to break up the monotony.

I’m 6’3”. There is nothing even close to as comfortable for tall guys as the KX450 with it’s adjustable cockpit. Not even close.

heard KTM/husky will be a new model Honda will be new model Kawi will probably be be a big update to the motors and keep same chassis. So like a massive update versus all new. Yellow Magic - Lewis said someone told him that US comes before MXGP so it's possible that means we see a new 450 by Suzuki in 27, but not holding my breath. Anyone know if Beta is going to make any major changes this year? I know they have made updates each year but the 24-26 has been basically the same platform. Figure a 2.0...
