Can't get the screws through mcmaster carr or bolt depot?

My son raced a local race a few weekends ago in the 50 open class. He ended up pushing the e5 up the finish line hill. It ran out of juice. The bike was fully charged too. Sand and hills are brutal on the battery life.

Our sheet plastic supplier was 4-5 weeks out for orders pre-covid, now they are 13 weeks out last time I checked. Supplier for clutch plates in Taiwan does not have enough cork to make our order until November or December. It's a mess right now.

My son has the gas gas mc-e 5. It is amazing. Almost 0 maintenance. His buddies have cobras and don't want to ride their bikes after they rode the e-bike.

Why not nikasil the 72mm bore? I believe the nikasil would put you back into spec for a 72mm piston.

I used to get upset about the stubbornness to change any rules. But it doesn't bother me any more. The longer that they stick their head in the sand for, the better it makes other local groups and clubs. They are growing while AHRMA shrinks.
