This guy is obviously frustrated with his attempt to properly torque his swingarm/fork/chain/rotor mount. OP- It gets tougher over time as they get sandblasted. The correct answer probably includes elbow grease and taking a rag/polish to physically rub/wipe all of them. Also, you can prolong things by washing the spokes with a mitt/sponge after riding rather than just spraying them down with water.
