It costs a lot of money for an AI design subscription and freight from Taiwan to bring it from the sweatshops. Add in money to the sponsored riders and other marketing expenses, and there's barely enough left for the CEO's. Next year they'll have to choose between a Yacht or that 3rd house, the wife isn't going to like being told no to one of those; and she's already banging the pool guy and the general contractor doing the kitchen renovation, so the ice is thin.

Inflation is real and moto gear is definitely way overpriced. If I didn’t have connections for deep discounts, I would have a tough time justifying the current cost to purchase new gear. Part of this problem, is the gear companies paying out millions to the riders to wear their gear. While I’m happy for the riders to be pulling in 7 figures, it has really taken a toll on the average Joe, purchasing gear for him and his kids. I can’t imagine how Alpinestars or Fox can turn a profit, with the money they put out in rider salaries. Deegan...
