Its too often. Every single year is too much and that fact gets more apparent every year. The competition is set up just like the olympics with multiple people from all different countries coming to compete for their country. Asking ppl to do that every single year is too much. Plus the specialness isnt as high with a race every year. If it was say every 3 years then someone like deebagz would know they only get 1-3 chances to go so they would. First off, no hate comms, JT has always been my favourite person to listen to, he was the only person that really spoke sense during claimgate. This has gone away a little since joining the broadcast, but I understand that. Is it just me or have the recent review pods been a bit much with the bickering with Steve? I tried my hand at comparing Deegan’s first eight 450 races to those of the last five multi-time Lites MX champs. I wrestled with what metrics to use and how to create them for the opposition strength slides. I settled with two relatively simple ones. Quick conclusion is Deegan’s competition has been stiffer than any other multi time lites champ has seen. Plenty of other metrics to dig even further though. Total overall wins faced at round one is the amount of wins from everyone on the gate prior to the evaluated riders’ debut.
