8/14/2024 1:08pm Just got my new ATR-3 and crashed my first time out with it. Sent it in for a rebuild and it's on its way back now for ~$180 rather than being an $800 brand new wall hanger.

Plenty of Americans have also backed out of the MXdN in recent years without drawing too much heat. The issue isn't that Deegan backed out, it's that he backed out after spending all summer playing up the patriotism. Aaron Plessinger does something similar, but he answers the call when asked. Deegan just seems so fake to me.

I see guys from my hometown fall into that influence all the time. Internet rich dudes with lambos saying “ hustle like me wake up really early be dangerous but loyal blah blah and if you pay for my life plan seminar I can buy another fast car”

Some graphic/decal companies make full cover helmet decals, such as Merge Decals here in the UK. Can't suggest any for the US. On gloss finished helmets, I've had good results from applying a car wax/coating to them. Makes them ultra glossy and slick so they are a little more resistant to mud sticking

Rode the Triumph yesterday. I'm usually ride a 450 but that 250 was very fun, frame felt good, suspension was fantastic. The engine was a bit slow revving off the bottom, might just be me, but the mid and top was more than I expected. I put 1 hour on it at GH and the old body feels great today. I am a tough old guy to make happy and the Triumph did just that.
